This website is currently being updated with information for Landy Rally 2008 so not all pages have been completed. Sorry!

Over 9400 Lat/Lon pairs were transmitted between leaving Leeds at the start of the event, and leaving France at the end of the event.
The 'where is the car now?' page received over 3500 visits during the event.
The mobile phone that was used for the internet connection was not compatible with the swiss networks, but at over £25 per megabyte, that's probably a good thing!
The mobile internet connection was active for around 60 hours during the trip.

The Google Earth data from Landy Rally 2007 is available here (You need Google Earth installed to use this).

Some screenshots from Google Earth:

Some twisties up the side of a mountain.

The roads were often "a bit wiggly".

Driving a mountain ridge in Spain.

Where Andy dropped the landy into a drain in a ditch.

Nice tracks ... shame we couldn't get past the trees.

The GPS finally stopped working as we left France for the last time.
